As explained in thread..since it is a job interview and not a crimfinal trial, therefore "beyond a reasonable doubt is not needed...corroboration IS!. #s49 to 54 explains prior exposure as major form of corroboration; as well as gop conspiracy theory (thrown in to muddy the water (as usual gop chicanery on display).)

The amount of corroborating evidence is stunning and would disqualify any other potential job applicant for any job in the Country...yet, and unfortunately this isn't just any job..is it? This guy gets a pass--no fear of consquences for purgery and or sexual assault charges and in the end will get the job...because lets face it SOME people are above the law...then again, it is indicative--a reflection, really--of the guy we have occupying the WH...an odious traitor, racist and self admitted sexual predator...so did we expect any one better for supreme court? #100 is telling...even mcconnel told guy in WH not to nominate kavanaugh ...of course he [trump] doubled down to protect his own arse re:Russia/Mueller investigation (How is this legal? That is, for a sitting president under investigation to knowingly select a judge that will rule in his favor... surely our founders didn't mean for this to occur.)
