if you want to CREATE terrorists... treat people like this... locked up for no apparent reason, treated poorly, without basic access to family or legal recourse.

Even wrongly convicted criminals understand WHY they are being treated the way they are... these children have no such understanding and no hope of ever changing their circumstances.
