We have a month to GOTV, contribute, register voters in those States where one still can, and flip the Senate. Then confirm NO Trump nominee to the Court. Don't even meet with them. Keep the seat open until the next president is in office. Let them choke on it, and tell them we are just taking their idea a step further. Then, when we have a safe 6-3 majority on the Court in 8 years, THEN enact a law that an opening on the Court must be acted upon by the Senate with three months of a nomination.
