Republicans have figured it out, just say whatever bullshit they want, truth be damned. Advertising is not truthful. Advertising is there to make you believe you need something even if you don't need it. It's brainwashing, it's propaganda. Republicans have been doing this for 30+ years, while Democrats actually try to talk about ideas. Slogans beat ideas in this day and age sad to say.
