I'm getting the impression that Land O'Lakes just has a cooperative agreement of some sort with Deans, perhaps for product distribution. There's not even a mention of Deans on Land O'Lakes' web site. In fact, it says this:

So, they must just have supply-chain agreements, perhaps with their dairies and/or animal feeds......
