Yes, Nancy is effective but she should only stay one year. It is time to move on and let the younger generation take over. It is similar to Mitch McConnell. If we went to be viewed as the party for the future then we need to let the younger people take over. Nancy Pelosi is the symbol for old and in the way.
At this point 30% of millennials voted and mostly for us. We need to engage them and make them feel that they are part of something new. It is time to move on and let the youngun's take leadership.
