9. Kudos to public libraries everywhere

Each system in their own way contribute so much to the public at large. Obviously programs vary according to the needs of their communitirs. Hands down best use of tax dollars.

If you aren't familiar with what your local library has to offer, check them out. Might be in for a mighty surprise. Your library card unlocks a world of materials.
