He was obviously not intentionally threatened or attacked in any other way etc of course. When people do things like this they are usually insecure on some basic level and that is part of the cause. They have been emboldened by the events of the last 3 years or so. With fascism etc it is about seeking out your targets and attacking them visciously. I watched a short video clip of the event and Mr Phillips comments in another video he made after the event. It was so heart breaking to see. If he sensed fear he is probably right.
