All she did was tell him he could not deliver the speech in the House Chamber. He can still deliver it elsewhere.

And the SOTU message was delivered in writing for many years until the first part of the 20th century.

Come on, press, get it straight. Unless you're doing it explicitly to get some people pissed off.
