Should Biden, Sanders, DNC, call for McConnell's resignation? [View all]

In light of the newly surfaced picture of Mitch McConnell posing in front of the racist Confederate flag, should the same Democratic leaders who called for Northam's resignation ask Mitch McConnell to step down as well?
