3. the era of "stores" is almost over

People these days are not into wasting time wandering through stores.. If they need something they go online, shop and order.

I can see a need for fresh produce, dairy & meats, but for other things who wants to waste time?

Boomers, as teens & young adults, were the BIGTIME shoppers, and we are now old and have better things to do with our time.

If we want a yellow shirt, we can find one fast online, have it sent to our doorstep in a day, and not have to go to 4 or 5 stores looking for one in our size, just the right color..
