why does a billionaire who owns a casino and sells condos for piles of cash bother to cheat a few poor students of a few thousand dollars in a "learn to sell real estate" scam? why does he need to go bankrupt? stiff his employees, investors, and vendors? borrow even more money? etc etc etc if the entire business is not a scam?
