Disallowing congress from having access to the full report via executive privilege is tantamount to a balance of power end around. Trump may not understand this but Barr and the DOJ certainly understand the implications of a president attempting to hide evidence which demonstrates high crimes, misdemeanors and/or Treason. We had another president try this once. An 18 minute gap didn't work then and it won't work now.
