And, while Collins is all surprised and appalled and stuff, neither she nor any of her Republican colleagues in the Senate will do anything. If the courts do the work for them, they will piously and ostentatiously wash their hands, say an earnest "Tut, tut" and go back to campaigning to save their phony baloney jobs.
