Johnson County has frequent absentee balloting stations on premises from the day voting starts until Election Day.
It also targets the student union (IMU) on campus where they also have frequent voting stations.

I can't imagine it is legal, but we may be finding out.
This also why the radical Republicans are trying to totally change how judges are chosen - so they can approve laws lie this.
