Impeachment and conviction equals Pence.
Pence equals pardon.
If he's voted out then he's indicted the first day he walks out of the WH.
Which do we want? An impeachment with a Trump pardon, or the opportunity to see him in jail?

The pardon cannot be used to nullify impeachment, but a former president can still receive a pardon
