You began with an unsupported position that merely refusing a congressional subpoena is "immediately impeachable". I gave you an exactly comparable scenario and you tried to dodge... so I gave you a different example. We could go on all day with you trying to avoid the obvious conclusion... but the simple fact is that congressional subpoenas have been ignored by executive branch members dozens of times and nobody has been impeached for it.

as for Holder, if executive privilege was upheld, then the subpoena could be ignored.

That's an odd position for someone to take after claiming that ignoring a subpoena was immediately impeachable. But you should at least note that it was only a small portion of what Holder withheld that was deemed privileged... and nothing ever came of the years spent denying the subpoena.

as all of Mueller's investigations was focused on actions done by trump and his circle BEFORE he was sworn in as president and HENCE NOT subject to executive privileged.

Sorry. That's not even close to true (either factually or in analysis). Everything in the obstruction charges that are the primary remaining topics occurred after he took office. Just as importantly, none of what Congress is insisting that he produce was denied for executive privilege in the first place.
