Medicare for all would be OK for older citizens...say over 55, but young people do much better with the ACA.
I know because my daughter had ACA for a while and so did my husband. I had Medicare ( I'm 4 years older) so I was able to compare prices and coverage. My daughter had 100% coverage, no deductible and paid $27.00 per month. Husband with ACA paid 350.00 per month and had a $6000 deductible. Medicare with a supplement was 260.00 plus no deductible.

Of course there is no bill yet for MFA, and my opinion could change if Medicare rules etc were changed.
