Why did Mueller turn in his report before the investigations were complete? [View all]

That's one of about 100 questions Mueller needs to answer. Gates and Flynn are still cooperating. Stone has not gone on trial yet. Why didn't he try and turn Stone? Why didn't he indict people who lied to him?

Why didn't he subpoena Trump? What about wiki-leaks?

Mueller needs to get his fucking ass in front of congress and tell us what the fuck is going.
