No, he is part of the cabal, he has been part of it for many years and that is the reason why he does what he does. He is a corrupt ideologue SOB and he must be impeached, the problem is that Democrats do not seem to have the courage to do it.

We need to start forcing our elected officials from the Democratic party to do the right thing.
