If we take back the senate but Trump gets re-elected, what will happen to SCOTUS appointments? [View all]

It’s something to ponder. It’s also worth mentioning that Trump and pretty much all of the corporate media will pound Democrats trying to force them to approve even a Roe opponent. Dear dear Chuck Toad and his ilk will be screaming every day that the court cannot have just 8 justices indefinitely! Need to stay vigilant about that.
