Executive Order. Because they are temporary, manufacturers cannot risk developing new facilities. No new jobs will be created. Americans will pay more for food and goods. The tariffs will cost Mexico enough that they won't be able to afford additional border personnel.

Trump has made the immigration problem worse, not better. Trump has made American families poorer because most of the tariff will be passed on to US consumers.
