Disgrace. But not a surprise. The gop has clearly decided that it is party 1st /full stop. All other considerations are secondary to that prime objective. The US, citizens, rule of law, morals, values, their oath to defend. None of this matters to them anymore. Remaining in control is job one.

This cannot continue. America became the world leader it has been because of compromise. The gop refusal to do that will slowly be the end of our Democracy. The Dems have to act and start performing the “check” in “checks & balances”.
