several occasions with two Rotary Clubs. Both as invited Recruit. Yes they do have a interrelationship with other Clubs. I knew who would be the Mayor of the City we lived in six months before the Candidate filing. How about a new Congressman for a newly created District,yes,that was a done deal before the Campaign began. BTW,worked for the loosing Candidate and when I heard we would only get 26% of the vote and they were right. We got 26.2% .
