(8,200 posts)There is a basic reality that we have to acknowledge. There are literally millions who are covered by the employer's plans that are more comprehensive than Medicare. What can convince them to change to a lesser comprehensive plan? Also isn't a rather ridiculous strategy to say we are going to put the insurance companies out of business and throw thousands out of work. The major push for this Medicare for All has been Sanders. Well, lets consider what Sanders has proposed and what he has accomplished. His grandiose proposals are met with the reality that he has been a total failure to pass any constructive legislation. His track record is two post offices named and a shoe-in Vet bill. I also am not too impressed by his part time convenient Democratic Party membership. I support Democrats that believe in the Democratic Party platform that has to have full time support to have any hope of accomplishing just treatment of the working class. Yes, I know that he joins the Democrats in legislation. How convenient. I what someone who represents me to support our goals 24/7.
