3. In 2010, my state of Wisconsin was totally controlled by Democrats.

No gerrymandering, no voter suppression.
Then came the election and Republicans showed up to vote like it was their job.
Democrats, on the other hand, didn't--nothing unusual about that though. They were either not motivated or not excited or were pissed about not getting a single payer healthcare.

The result: a total takeover of the state government by Republicans and since 2010 was a census year they got to reapportion the state in 2011 when they took power.
they gerrymandered Wisconsin to make sure that Republicans got reelected.

So ultimately, who is to blame for that?
Because when those on the Left choose to self suppress their votes, bad thing happen.
Until we learn that every election is important and not the the presidential elections we will suffer the consequences.
