12. It was her use of the private server that was the problem

It was first investigated as a violation of a specific regulation. Not supposed to use private email/servers for government buisiness. It was "careless", but not criminal, and it's something all her predecessors have done (and lots of other politicians.)

There were about 100 classified or top secret documents in the emails, but it was basically stuff that was public knowlege. Like our drone program. Everyone and their mother knew about it, but it's still technically classified.
