The utilities or supplies for their specific agency's, should be cut off as the people's money should not be used to support their terrorism. And any and all payments for the employment of any "attorney's" committed, by their complicity furthering, endorsing lawlessness, to the destruction of the Constitution and the Rule of Law should also be denied as a fraudulent waste of the General Treasury. Lastly, all Federal Benefits due to any and all of the Federal Employee who refuse to cooperate, as their oath of office mandates, should be immediately forfeit when they fail to support the House Investigation. Restoration of said benefits is a possibility depending upon their level of criminality determined after a complete and fulsome sworn testimony to the HOUSE. This should apply to Trump Supporters in the House and in the Senate for the same reasons and with the added recourse of expulsion.

A law securing the "super-secret server", for review by the House should be passed immediately.
