46. Fox has huge role, but many people and groups fund and pull the strings

Found an article I read 8 years ago titled "The-enemies-within-the-20-most-dangerous-conservatives-and-their-organizations". Interesting, it's from a Christian left blog! I posted the link below.

In 2011 they listed 20, and mention Roger Ailes (he's dead) and fox first, Rupert Murdoch and his assorted news organizations ninth, the Koch brothers (one's dead) second, Dick Armey and the tea party third. Pat Robertson is sixth. Edwin Feulner, Jr. of heritage foundation is seventh.

I didn't see the Mercer's on this list, or Rush limbug, or Franklin Graham (Billy was still alive when this list was made), or Cambridge analytica founded in 2013, or the Federalist society which is funded by some of these folks. They all exert influence on conservative politicians and gullible voters.

This is the closing paragraph:
"And there you have it. All of these people and their organizations pose a serious threat to the American people. They target women, senior citizens, minorities, homosexuals, non-Christians, and American workers. So which person or organization is the most dangerous to democracy? The common thread throughout the list is the Koch brothers. They have ties to many of the people and organizations on the list and share many of the same goals. If one were to remove the Koch brothers from the equation an important source of funding and leadership would be eliminated from the conservative sphere. The Koch brothers are by far the biggest threat to American values and institutions. The truly evil thing about this group is that NONE of them are elected by the people. Yet they have more power and influence over our elected officials and system of law and government, than we do."

We must be mindful of these people and groups as well. They represent an axis of evil with far reaching tentacles, that we are trying to repel and defeat.
