Maybe you simply have met someone who is impossible to demonize over political beliefs. Many of them do it to us, too, and that's one of the reasons I lean towards Pete Buttigieg, to become a truly United States again, we have to go back to seeing each other as people and not as monsters. I think Pete has that skill, and I find that Joe Biden has it, too.
