I can only add that I agree. It's suffocating at times. The truth seems not to be breaking through amidst the onslaught of gaslighting and Russian disinformation. And one of our major political parties seems to be completely compromised and morally dysfunctional. It's hard not to be pessimistic in general. And other important countries are going down too. We have to fight for our lives over the next 12 months.
