Do you REALLY think that Giuliani is going to consult with the IC when his madman boss thinks the IC is worthless? The bottom line is that Graham KNOWS that it's Russian propaganda that Giuliani is gathering. He's just trying to be coy so that Trumpy doesn't badmouthing him and, in the tradition of one who exposed the name of the alleged whistleblower, let loose some very damaging information that he has on Graham. Lindsey is sweating gallons of vile secretions in fear that he'll get on Trumpy's bad side. He may as well bend over and spread 'em, and get it over with.
