Is handling it is, if you feel like you fit the symptoms, you can call the ER and tell them you are coming. You show up stay in your car, and if you are not in any serious distress they will swab you and send you home for isolation.
But if you are showing symptoms and you cant get to the ER then the only option is to isolate for 14 days.
