Per the Constitution, Trump's term ends January 20, 2021. Also per the Constitution: the terms of members of the House of Representatives end on January 3, 2021.

If there are no elections, not only is there no newly elected President, there are no members of the House and no one to elect a Speaker. Playing out this absurd scenario (since people here seem intent on bringing up the prospect of cancelled elections over and over and over), the line of succession would lead to the President Pro Tem of the Senate, who is Chuck Grassley (who would be unaffected by the cancellation of elections since his term doesn't end until January 2023.

People scoff because he can't cancel the election. TwilightZone Mar 2020 #1
