That is being exceedingly nice. He is bellicose and belligerent and it is the only thing he knows. He can’t act, only react. He is the very worst person in the face of the earth to be president during this crisis. I wish he could find a way to focus his vitriol on the corona virus rather than people who are actually doing their jobs.

And no, he doesn’t seem to realize how poorly he is doing.
