15. I hope this is not what happened, but I'd be very interested to know if it turned out to be.

Not to horn in on nunnamybizniz, but I've gotten checks like that, that made me do a double-take. They looked very real, nearly identical to the tax refund checks. The other reason I'd love to know, is because if it is real, then I'm going to get my hopes up that these payments will be coming soon!
