the aca, medicare, and medicaid are declared bankrupt and repealed. social security is privatized.

the great shortage of doctors and nurses (killed by disease) will not be replaced, but won't be missed because so few can afford to see doctor.

trump receives at least 20 honorary medical degrees from on line unuversities.

corporate taxes are cut to zero to "stimulate economy."

etc etc etc
