set up tiny little poker tables for them, and enticed them to hang around using stripper viruses, dancing on top of the tables? With poles and pasties and naughty virus stripper lingerie...the whole shebang.

I think this might work.

Every throat in the country needs a tiny Coronavirus nightclub set up, so that they are right up there, drunk and disorderly, ready to be expelled on a whim.
