I don't know if that's good enough to put them out of business or not. Jim Bakker got the hammer in Missouri for his silver solution claims (similar to MMS), and for whatever reason, he's now unable to take credit card donations/purchases, and he claims he's on the verge of bankruptcy. One could hope that he's telling the truth for once.
