AuthorHouse is a vanity press headquartered in my town.
They'll publish pretty much anything one pays them to publish.
I'm agnostic on whether there's any connection to Tara Reade's allegations, but after one glance at that sample, I wasn't a bit surprised that this is an AuthorHouse book.
I realize you're just answering the question about the date of publication. No knock on you and I'm sure you're aware of this publication model. I just wanted to put this out there.
