the Democratic Party is more financially responsible by miles. Every GOP president has a recession, ends their term with record-setting deficits, and unemployment figures are abysmal. The stock market means very little to macroeconomics, compared with those other factors.

If the Dems need to raise taxes, it's to cover the spending of the "drunken sailor" party.
