The IRS put money into my account today, but it's not mine

5. I still haven't received mine because they can't figure out if I'm eligible or not

and there is no way to call them to explain why I am or to check whether they've processed my 2019 return or not (and therefore whether they are sending the paper check to the right address or not).

With record levels of employment, why can't they hire more people and train them to boost the call centre capacity instead of cutting people off completely and making them rely on a website that doesn't explain what's going on with their account?

Thanks God we're "running the government like a business" and finally providing the same level of customer service from the IRS that we've come to expect from IT and telecom providers.
