2. I'm loathe to ever make predictions about what Trump can pull off.

But some of the facts as they seem to be unfolding:

There are more of us than them.
Trump is asking "them" to take foolish life-and-death risks.
Many of "them" are taking these foolish life-and-death risks.

It seems to me like the pool of "them" will grow smaller at a faster rate than our pool of smarter, more cautious people. Now, unfortunately, this excludes the people who are forced back to work against their better judgment, or the pool of individuals in long-term living residences, who are in a terrible predicament, and I worry about them.

Also, as Trumpsters begin to lose family members and friends to this virus, or watch their lives destroyed by contracting it (and surviving), some may finally see what's happening here.

For me it keeps coming back to all of the dead and dying Americans, and that all the spin in the world can't hide a growing mountain of corpses, and this president's utter indifference to all the suffering and dying. The other thing you can't hide is an overwhelmed hospital system.

More people get infected and sick and die . . Iliyah May 2020 #1
