He knows he's got shit to hide, worse than this too.

While this kind of thing is a crappy abuse of career security personnel (and probably small in relation to other stuff he's doing), it pisses off the average voter who do not have personal servants to go fetch the Chinese take-out, pick up family from the train station, take doggo to the groomers etc
