A lot of people have died and a lot more will. Trump can't appeal to the people who care about others because he's got nothing to offer them. Trump can only appeal to macho-man wannabes.

See, I'm tough and fearless. You can be tough and fearless like me. Don't worry about getting sick and dying. That only happens to the weak and the inferior -- you know, the ones who are trying to take away your freedom.
