is that VBM doesn't ALWAYS mean Dems win. Four years ago, reliably blue Oregon (100% VBM) chose a Republican for Secretary of State. My Congressman (the odious Greg Walden) has been reelected multiple times. He is retiring this year and that means I will have an even MORE odious Representative.
