10. A vaccine promised by the end of the year means what, exactly?

The election is two months before the end of the year, and by Nov. 3 there will be 250-350,000 deaths by then. And that's a conservative estimate as there will be 100,000 by the end of this month with 5 months to go and crazies out there all over not wearing masks or social distancing.

We gotten to 100,000 deaths with self-isolation and many observing social distancing and wearing masks. It's just going to get worse without those mitigation measures.

Let's see trump and the repugs explain that many deaths as election day nears.
