I don't really know if it's accurate. Supposedly the infection growth rates for these counties...

Cuyahoga (Cleveland): 1.06
Montgomery (Dayton): 1.18
Miami: 1.40 (High)

I live in a North Dayton suburb, but it's close to Miami County. And I think many of the shoppers at my local grocery store drive from there (John Boehner country), and almost none of them are wearing masks from what I've seen during grocery pick-ups.
