One RW ex- classmate told me all the scientists that are predicting gloom and doom are only doing so because thats the only way to keep the grant money flowing and keeping their jobs.

This is something I've heard before.

Is it just me or are these people from another planet?

This dude is educated and has worked for Intel for 23 years.
