4. Saying he "needs to resign" is pointless. He should never have run, should never have been elected,

and his illegitimate win should never have been allowed to stand. We're about 19 steps past "he needs to resign" and saying so is pointless. Saying that intimates the tiniest hope that he has one iota of human decency in himself to do the right thing. Nyet.

What "needs" to happen, is he should be removed from office. Immediately. I don't know the constitution, but there's got to be some provision for the house and senate to remove a president who is openly and wantonly engaging in criminal acts, and abandoning the duties of the office.

What "needs" to happen is a delegation of military police dragging him out of the White House by the scruff of his neck, throwing him down on the White House lawn in front of God and everybody, faceplanted with a knee on his neck, handcuffed, and dragged to jail.

None of these needful things are going to happen. We have to hold on for dear life, get through this summer and pray that our vote is so overwhelming that they cannot cheat him another win. Calling for him to resign is as useless as.......nuking a hurricane.
